Our Story:
Lunching out one day in Tampa, three lifelong friends discovered that the pickles on their plates lacked flair. Those bland, limp garnishes sparked an intense conversation among these friends about how to reinvent the perfect pickle, how to move it from the side of the plate to the center, how to make it into a beloved, indispensable, green snack. Pickles should pop! Within days, they were in the kitchen, feverishly experimenting with the freshest ingredients until they had concocted the perfect recipe: The Chill Dill was born.
